Pyewacket Russian Fawn Berkshire Headspot Buck 02/14/2012 12MLWR0014/09M (NARR) 18 months Pyewacket started showing signs of the respiratory issues experienced by his father, uncles, and brothers, and progressed quickly to respiratory failure. Necropsy showed severely abscessed lungs, one lung with no usable tissue and the other with less than half still functional. Culture didn't show anything significant, and histopathology supported respiratory failure. A small node was also seen on the liver. | BVR Newton Pulsifer Russian Fawn American Irish Standard Coat Dumbo Ear Buck 06/10/2011 11BVR0045/08M (NARR) 14 months Respiratory failure, many abscesses in lungs. Necropsy showed all else to be normal. Culutre of lung tissue did not find anything of concern or infectious to other rats. | Champion DAZL Mockingbird Russian Blue Agouti American Irish Standard Coat Standard Ears Buck 12/23/2009 09DAZL0220/01M (NARR) 27 months Gross necropsy revealed normal wear and tear for advanced age, lungs approximately 50% capacity | DAZL
