Physical Descriptions: Lilac colored skin with turquoise eyes, and pale green leaves on his head. Average build, often carrying various devices and inventions with him. Frequently accompanied by some sort of mechanical critter, often clockwork, that he has built and is tweaking.
Skills: Kagan has some skills with tinkering and building things, though he works mainly with grenades as far as weapons go. He is far more interested in research and study. He has tinkered with a bit of the technology that was recovered from her. He also was 'aware' through almost all of Ceara/Scarlet's existance, seeing the majority of what she did and much of what she thought, though not all of it. As such, in his head is much of her knowledge and research, though not all of it is instantly available to him, but can come up over time or if the memory is triggered by something.
Interests/Hobbies: Trying to better understand the WHY behind Ceara/Scarlet's actions, which made little sense to him, even 'riding along' so to speak. Inventing new things with her technology to help people rather than cause harm. Researching and working on projects and inventions. Finding ways to make Sirena happy.

Personality: Curious, friendly, but socially awkward, not confident in interactions with others outside science and invention. Not good with metaphors and euphanisms unless they are explained. Generally well meaning, enjoys making others happy. Protective when he feels the situation calls for it. VERY logical, applies logic to emotional responses, feeling what is logical in a situation.
Background: Kagan's Dream was Ceara and Scarlet. From when she woke through her life to the moment she died, with few breaks. He felt like he was riding along in her head, hearing her thoughts and seeing what she did, but unable to be heard. He puzzled through things alongside her, and tried to object when Scarlet took the violent paths. Though certain things stood out more than others, such as her inventions and research rather than what she had for breakfast a certain day, he did have one respite. When Ceara entered Omadd's machine, he felt himself pulled away by a gentle voice, and a loving presence. He heard the sound of the breeze and leaves around him, laughter and light voices. And then he fell back, but the mind he found himself in was no longer Ceara, but that of Scarlet. He watched the death and destruction she rained down on the world until her defeat, her death ending his Dream and waking him in the Grove.
He found his way into the Priory camp, and then into the Priory itself, where he was questioned and investigated for a time, and encouraged not to so openly share his Dream with others. He enjoyed his time there, getting to do research and work on inventions, as well as going through Scarlet's lair nearby. While on a trip to Rata Sum to find parts for his inventions, he encountered Lexus, Gatt, and Setharis, and ended up joining them in the guild Steam, and then in time quite happily attaching himself to Gatt's lab, working with him and Setharis on things for the airship as well as transceivers, and other inventions.
In the guild he encountered Sirena, who was friendly and has been working to help teach him social interactions as well. He has found himself to feel protective and caring of her, as well as a deep desire to do what he can to ensure and increase her happiness.
Current Activities: Helping Gatt and Setharis with the airhship and other lab inventions and work, spending time with Sirena.
