Faith/Philosophy: Lus strongly believes people need to follow their own hearts, and do things because they believe them to be right, understanding what they do, and not just doing something because they are told to.
Relationship Status: Monogamous Commitment/Married (to Adranna Whitehall)
Notable Relationships: Adranna Whitehall (Adri) is his human wife who he adores. Valmit Drakebow is a norn and his best friend. He is very fond of Tea, the sylvari who, along with her human husband Kyros has given him (and Adri) a place to live. He has a tentative and not very discussed working relationship with Fvald (Len's fiance). He also has some friendships with various other sylvari such as Sally and Areli. He has a small frost spider as a pet that he calls Icefang (who acts more like a puppy/cat than a spider). Kahedins has acted as both a mentor in healing and a mender to him, as well as a counselor at times. Kahedins (sylvari mentor, counselor).
Affliliations: Order of Whispers, Menders in Grove. (Formerly Nightmare Court - not publicly known). On call as a sylvari mender for the guild Steam.
Physical Descriptions: Light blue skin with verdant green leaves, spring green eyes and a bright, sunny yellow bioluminescence. Handsome and athletic, often smiling. Usually wearing leaves of green, with the ends turning yellow and red. Almost always accompanied by a small, friendly, blue frost spider, Icefang, who seems a dear friend of his, and is often observed playing and getting into things, never showing the slightest aggression to anyone or anything. (He has commented that he isn't sure she's ever hunted on her own, and very likely has never even harmed a fly.) If you were to see Lus with any of his clothing off, it might be noticed that his back, chest, arms, and legs are covered in hundreds if not thousands of scars, from whips, blades, and so forth. Though at a glance it might be assumed to be a patterning on his skin, as they are not disfiguring and are well healed.
Skills: Stealth, tracking, fighting with a sword, dagger, and pistols, some healing skills due to an understanding of sylvari anatomy and functioning and how injuries work.
Interests/Hobbies: Lus is starting to enjoy reading, though right now he is focused on trying to help heal the Tree, learning some human things from Adri. Learning healing skills in general.

Personality: Polite, charming, friendly, observant. He seems to be genuinely curious about others, though tends to stand back to observe them more. Prone to brooding sometimes, and occasionally seems to get lost in thought - not always happily so. Sometimes troubled, needing to separate himself from a situation to work through whatever it is that bothers him before he rejoins others (with some signs of battling some sort of addiction to those who are observant in those cases.) Can be coldly angry if people push him in directions he'd rather avoid, but generally tries to do well. More recently often seeming to be quite happy, due to his marriage at the start of the year. Not soundless, he sometimes seems to have conflicting emotions to those sylvari who are still part of the dream, and while very happy most of the time he is prone to fits of self loathing. He seems to try to keep a lower profile around the Grove, trying to avoid much notice.
Background: Lus is very vague on his background, seeming quiet, withdrawn, and broody when it comes up, becoming almost hostile when pushed about it. What is known is about 2 years ago he met a Norn while he was travelling, and formed a close friendship with him (and has often referred to him as his first friend besides Icefang). Through that friend he formed several friendships with sylvari (Tea, Sally, etc) living in the Grove and was welcomed to stay in Tea's home there while he sorted things out. Around the same time he met a human, Adranna, and rapidly fell in love with her. After an extended courtship they married at the start of the year. He credits his beloved as well as his friends for helping him find a path to follow and the confidence to think it possible. [Spoiler - no Metagaming] Lus joined the Nightmare Court shortly after he woke and worked as part of it for years, aiding in capture, torture, and killing of many sylvari and others before breaking away from it just over 2 years ago. He also had a situation dealing with a Fvald, though it has since been resolved thanks to the work of Adri, Tea and Kyros in convincing Len to convince Fvald to reverse what he did. A full backstory for all that time (100+ pages) is available.
