Personality: Upbeat, energetic, good natured, nurturing with a healthy sense of humor. She likes stepping back now and then and watching to see how others react to something or what they come up with before jumping in herself with suggestions or support for their ideas. Not quick to anger, she is patient with questions and entertained with situations that might just be annoying to some, even able to laugh at herself or situations she finds herself in. At the same time she is good at trying to encourage and reinforce good behaviors, and finding creative ways to discourage problematic ones.
Background: Pamatang grew up in the Iron Legion fahrar like many other charr. She showed herself good at creating things, but even better with encouraging the younger cubs and inspiring them to improve on their work. She got along well with others who had more of a nature towards leading, not commanding into battle, but leading to improve and learn more. Though they were given a few years of standard duty field work, it was with extra training to move into helping raise and train cubs in the fahrars, to better prepare them for their futures in the Legion.
